Setting up your utilities can be time consuming and we would like to make your move one of ease. Summit has provided information and links to easily set up utilities for your new home.

Utilities required to be in your name:

Electric:

(Prior to move in you must contact PNM and to set up your electric utility. You cannot move in without furnishing the leasing office with your PNM confirmation number)

Common Gas, Electric, Trash:
Summit Apartments uses a third party vendor (Conservice) for billing. The management office will go over the information with you and how this set up works.
